Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Full time / part time

Tec4med develops the next generation of tech, cloud and IoT solutions for the (pharma) logistics industry and helps to transport sensitive goods like medicines, organs, or vaccines safely around the world. For the expansion of our team in Darmstadt, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Production support: Assembly, calibration, shipping, customs, maintenance and repair.
  • Purchasing support: Supporting of ERP, supplier management, incoming goods inspection.
  • Customer support: 1st level support for customer inquiries and technical support.
  • Innovation and further development: Exchange ideas with the product development team, make your own suggestions for improvement and pass on direct customer feedback. Together with you we develop solutions tailored to our customers.
